Paragon Park is a neighborhood park located within the estate for all residents to enjoy. It is separated into distinctive spaces including two play zones, grassed areas, a wetland area, and in future will link up with the Point Cook hike and bike trails.

Its facilities include, play equipment for toddlers, swings and a climbing frame, as well as picnic tables and seating areas for leisure activities, bike racks, and footpaths.

Saltwater Reserve, the largest sporting precinct in the City of Wyndham also neighbours the estate. What are the Living Design Principles and where can I obtain a copy?
The Living Design Principles are a set of guidelines in place, to ensure that each home constructed at Paragon maintains a high level of design quality and meets predetermined requirements to ensure a high level of consistency is maintained across the estate.

To obtain a copy of our Living Design Principles (LDPs) please visit the Paragon Sales Office, located on Mirka Way, Point Cook. The sales office is open Saturday – Wednesday from 11am – 5pm.

How can I buy land at Paragon?
The best way to buy land at Paragon is to visit our sales office and speak with our estate manager Bill Zaikis. Bill will discuss your land needs and availability of land to suit these needs. Our sales office is located on Mirka Way, Point Cook and is open Saturday – Wednesday from 11am – 5pm.

What future infrastructure is planned around Paragon?
The State Government has long term plans for Point Cook and the Wyndham area, with construction of major infrastructure projects already underway, such as the Regional Rail Link and upgrades to Snydes Road interchange.

A new bus service has also commenced linking Paragon with the recently opened Williams Landing train station. New roads, shopping centres, public recreation and public transport are paramount in State and Local Government's future strategies.
